To keep your one-year Hifz journey manageable and focused, here is your curriculum list that is supposed to be covered.
Tajweed & Makharij
Focus on the precise articulation points (Makharij) of each letter and the rules of Sifat (characteristics) to ensure your pronunciation is melodious and accurate.
Strategic Hifz & Revision
Aim for a daily target of approximately 2.5 pages to complete the Quran in a year, paired with a “three-layer” revision system. This includes your new lesson (Sabaq), the recent back-revision (Sabqi), and a daily portion of older juz (Manzil) to ensure long-term retention.
Translation & Vocabulary
Study word-for-word meanings for the daily portion to build a “mental map” of the verses, making the words easier to recall.
Concise Tafseer & Context
Read a simplified Tafseer to understand the central themes and the reasons for revelation. This provides the emotional and historical context needed to connect deeply with the message of each Surah.
Perfection & Ijazah
After completing the memorization, perform a full recital (Khatm) from memory to a qualified teacher to verify every letter. Upon successful completion with zero major errors, you will be granted an Ijazah.

🎓 Levels of Our One-Year Hifdh Program
Foundation & Momentum(Months 1–4)
Focus on mastering Makharij and Essential Tajweed rules while memorising the last 3–5 Juz (e.g., Juz 30 to 26), as these shorter Surahs build early confidence. At this stage, students will also learn the Translation of high-frequency Quranic words to create mental anchors for the verses.
The Acceleration Phase(Months 5–8)
With your rhythm established, increase the daily target to roughly 2.5–3 pages to cover the medium-length Surahs (Juz 25 down to 10). This level introduces Simplified Tafseer, focusing on the central themes and reasons for revelation.
Completion & Perfection(Months 9–12)
Memorize the remaining long Surahs (Juz 1 to 10) while shifting 50% of your energy toward intensive revision of the entire Quran. The final month is dedicated to a full “Khatm” of your teacher to earn your Ijazah, proving you have mastered the text with phonetic and spiritual precision.

This is a one-year intensive track; you must realistically commit 2–4 hours daily for both the live session and independent memorization.
What if I miss a class or fall behind in my schedule?
The LMS records your progress and provides a “Catch-Up” plan. Your tutor will adjust the upcoming week’s goals, focusing more on Manzil (revision).
How do I know if my Tajweed is good enough for the 1-year track?
The academy provides a Free trial Session before you begin. If your Tajweed needs polishing, you may be advised to take a 2-week Foundation course.
Are there separate arrangements for sisters?
