Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. Admission & Payments
- Advance Payment: Monthly fees are payable in advance. The system sends a new invoice automatically once your allocated lessons are finished.
- Overdue Policy: Classes may be paused if fees are not paid. The Institute reserves the right to stop classes if payment is overdue by more than 7 days.
- Fee Adjustment: Please note that fees may increase by approximately 10% annually at the end of the Gregorian calendar year.
2. Attendance & Cancellation
- 6-Hour Notice: To qualify for a make-up class, you must notify us via WhatsApp or Email at least 6 hours before the scheduled time.
- Absence: If a student is absent without prior notice, the class is considered “paid & taken” and no make-up will be offered.
- Long Absence: If a student remains absent for more than 2 weeks without prior notice, the Institute reserves the right to cancel classes with no refund.
3. Leaves & Schedule
- Paid Leaves: Any personal leave is considered paid if you wish to keep the same schedule and teacher reserved for you.
- Make-up Limits: There are no make-up classes for leaves exceeding 5 days, as teachers cannot manage large backlogs.
- Tutor Change: Quran Sheikh Institute reserves the right to change teachers anytime if needed for quality purposes.
4. Refund Policy
- Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a refund if you are not satisfied with our system/tutors within the initial trial or evaluation period.
- Non-Refundable: Refunds are not entertained for missed classes, personal leaves, or cancellations due to long absence without notice.
5. Privacy & Contact Rules
- Strict Privacy: Never share your personal contact details (Phone, Email, Address, Credit Card) with any teacher directly.
- Liability: Quran Sheikh Institute is not responsible for any misuse or loss resulting from sharing personal details with teachers. All communication must go through official channels.
6. Public Holidays (Eid)
The Institute observes official Eid holidays. Policies regarding these specific days will be communicated, and regular schedules typically resume immediately after the holiday period.
