My name is Ahmed Hamed El-Laithi, residing in Giza Governorate. I memorized the entire Quran at the age of eleven. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Sharia from Al-Azhar University, Cairo. I possess an unbroken chain (Ijaza) of Quranic recitation from the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, granted by Dr. Sabry Karim, a member of Al-Azhar’s Quran Review Committee.
I am licensed by Al-Azhar to work as a Quran teacher and memorization instructor. I have successfully guided more than forty students to complete Quran memorization and accurate recitation. With over nine years of experience teaching men and children, I have developed the expertise to adapt lessons to each student’s level, starting from the Arabic alphabet to achieving Ijaza or certification.
I emphasize continuous Tajweed practice after each lesson, followed by quizzes using specialized educational platforms such as Wordwall, Quizizz, and Kahoot. By Allah’s grace, my students easily extract and apply Quranic rulings.
My memorization and revision method ensures retention without forgetfulness. I teach students from various countries, including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Pakistan. Many of my students complete the Quran, refine their recitation, or earn Ijaza certificates.
I have worked in several specialized Quran institutes, with Quran Sheikh Institute being the best due to its flexibility with both students and teachers and its commitment to innovation in Quranic education.
I also teach Arabic to non-Arabs using trusted curricula such as Al-Arabiyya Bayna Yaday Awladina and Al-Arabiyya Bayna Yadayk, supported with videos that enhance the learning experience.
As part of Quran Sheikh Institute, I am dedicated to teaching Islamic studies programs that help students understand their religion clearly and practice it authentically through specialized courses.
